Dear DropShots user and visitors!

We wanted to wish all our American customers a happy and fun Independence Day, and a great summer day to all our international customers! We hope you’ll have a great time and take lots of pictures to upload them to DropShots.

    I’ve been unable to upload pictures to my account since the latter part of June. A ticket was opened and a member of the support did respond to me quite quickly. However, after trying his recommendations i am still not able to upload. When I submitted a second ticket the same support team staff replied saying he had forwarded the issue to engineering team to review. There is no reply since then.
    I upload frequently so my families from abroad could share bits and pieces of my life from far. I’ve became very dependent on this account for family communication. I hope you can help me reach someone for the progress or outcome of my ticket. I would like to be able to use the account I’ve paid for.

    It seems like “import” function is working, as I was able to import from Facebook to my account, but that’s not my preferred way of uploading though. Please help.

    I have been having the same issues. I have been trying to upload from my app as well as the Dropshot uploader with no success. I have submitted a ticket a month ago and have not heard back. I submitted a new ticket today. Please help us resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your help Eliza. Unfortunately as of today (40 days since I last were able to upload) it is still not working. I’ve try to reach the person at support for a status of my ticket but there is no reply. Is there any ways someone could update me of my status?

    I have been asking for help since July 20 with no response!!!! Please let us know why we cannot upload pictures. I am an unlimited member.

    Eliza, it is very frustrating. I am still not able to upload pictures. Nobody has been in contact, this is unreasonable.

      Hello Elaine, our support team tried to check your account, but it appears that we don’t have an account for the email address you used to comment. Can you please leave a comment using the email address you used when you registered for your DropShots account?

    thanks for following up Eliza. As far as I can remember, This is the email address I used when I signed up for Dropshots. Anyway, Dave from support team had contacted me and is looking into different possibilities.
